Our brains are like a foreign language you learned in college: If you don’t use it, you lose it.
Intellectual self-care can look like many things. From the obvious answers of reading and taking classes, to the less obvious side of learning to look at things from a different perspective, intellectual self-care can not only benefit you but your community and society in that you dwell in.
